Arabian Gulf hotels
As the UK and Ireland's biggest hotel chain, we're delighted to be expanding internationally. Our new Arabian Gulf hotels: at Abu Dhabi Capital Centre, Dubai International Airport, Dubai Investments Park and Dubai Silicon Oasis offer high quality service, a warm welcome and clean, comfortable rooms. Combine this with the swimming pools at each hotel, state-of-the art facilities and endless excitement that the region has to offer and you're guaranteed a memorable stay at prices you can afford.
All our Arabian Gulf hotels are conveniently located so you can make the most of the modern shopping malls, traditional souks, fun water parks and all the other amazing attractions. And at the end of a long day, you can either sit down to a delicious meal or unwind with a cocktail in the hotel's bar.
Continuing to expand Internationally
We are excited by the opportunity to develop the Premier Inn brand outside of the UK. Premier Inn is the UK’s favourite hotel company, consistently achieving the top ranking in consumer brand preference scores and winning many awards. We believe Premier Inn is a highly transferable brand that will be equally welcomed and valued by international customers.
Over the past 4 years we have established a presence in two markets – the Middle East and India where we now have four hotels and two hotels respectively. These hotels are performing well and we are encouraged by the customer response to the brand. In 2011, we appointed a Managing Director, Paul Macpherson, to lead and oversee our international growth plans. Paul and the team are developing a ‘capital right’ strategy which will see the brand develop across our target territories of the Middle East & Africa, South Asia and Asia Pacific using a number of different ownership models.
We are keen to talk with potential owners and developers in these target territories - South Asia (India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh), Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific. If you have a development opportunity in any of these territories, or indeed elsewhere, then please do get in touch with the relevant person, contact details are listed below.
