Your room is reserved up to 1pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking, all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.
You can guarantee your room by giving your credit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival. Payment must be made by credit card.
Reservations can currently be made up to 12 months in advance.
Premier Inn accepts payment by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
We do not accept cheques. Bookings made through the website are not guaranteed unless the credit card details are correct, genuine and active.
Premier Saver bookings – all bookings made against the Premier Saver rate will be charged as soon as the booking is made through the Premier Inn website or any time thereafter at the sole option of Premier Inn.
Premier Saver is non refundable, therefore all charges for the room will be taken at time of booking to the card given by the individual entering the credit card details during the booking process. By accepting the terms and conditions of the booking you are accepting these payment terms and conditions in full. No extra charge will be taken for making a payment from a credit card, however Premier Inn reserves the right to change this policy as and when required, dependant on updates, changes to the business systems and or functionality. If the non-refundable payment for a Premier saver booking could not be processed and collected by Premier Inn for any reason whatsoever (including due to incorrect or fraudulent credit details or lack of available balance or approval from credit card service providers), Premier Inn has no obligation to hold or guarantee your booking and in such cases bookings previously confirmed will automatically stand cancelled.
All guests are required to provide identification on check in. Acceptable forms of ID for all guests who do not reside in the UAE is a passport only, for all guests who are residences in the UAE can provide a driving license, Emirates ID card or passport.
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of all tax/service charge. Meals are not included in the room price.
You may pay for breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately.
Premier Inn reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at the Premier Inn may change up to the date of your arrival.

Cancellation of a room reservation must be made before 1pm on the arrival date unless stated otherwise on your booking terms and conditions.
If you cancel a room reservation before 1pm on the day of arrival and have paid for the room in advance, a full refund will be processed to the sam payment method.
A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.
If you cancel a room reservation after 1pm on the arrival date and have not already paid for the room in advance you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked.

Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.
Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of 2 adults.
A family room will consist of a King size bed (in most hotels), a sofabed and a pull out bed.

Most hotels within the Arabian Gulf consist of smoking and non smoking rooms. Please request your prefered option at time of booking.
Most Premier Inns have rooms which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. If no disabled room is available at the hotel of your choice we will contact neighbouring Premier Inns to help find suitable accommodation.
Although Premier Inn will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

'Kids eat free' breakfast offer:

You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Premier Inn room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
