To book by phone

Please call our Dubai Customer Contact Centre on: + 971 (0) 4 885 0999
Contact Centre open 8am - 8pm Saturday to Thursday. (UAE time).
At other times dial the same number and speak directly to your chosen hotel.

Customers in the UK can call our UK Customer Contact Centre on: +44 1582 567890
Lines open 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 8pm Sundays (UK time).

To book by fax

Fax your requirements to: + 971 4 885 1729

Don't forget to include:

  • The name of the hotel you would like to stay in
  • Your arrival date
  • Number of nights you want to stay
  • Number of rooms
  • Number of adults
  • Number of children
  • Your contact details so we can confirm your booking
