Responsible for providing guests with great food and superior service, in line with the Premier Inn standards. In doing so it is expected that all efforts be directed towards guest satisfaction and hence high departmental profitability whilst maintaining company standards of operation, sanitation, accident prevention and team work. Lead the F&B operation and team to deliver extraordinary service by ensuring delivery of Premier Inn brand standards and achievement of Premier Inn business objectives; Lead activity designed to maximise revenue opportunities through appropriate local promotions and strategies.
Lead the Reception and Reservations team to deliver extraordinary service by ensuring delivery of Premier Inn brand standards and achievement of Premier Inn business objectives; Support activity designed to maximise revenue opportunities through appropriate local sales strategies.
Lead the Housekeeping operation and team to deliver extraordinary service by ensuring delivery of Premier Inn brand standards and achievement of Premier Inn business objectives.

Responsible for all food preparation as per menu and instructions of the F&B manager. To carry out all kitchen duties to the Premier Inn quality standards.
To support the efficient & effective running of the Premier Inn reception, meeting the Premier Inn standards of operation and following all necessary procedures to ensure maximum occupancy and guest satisfaction levels. To assist the Reception Manager in the smooth running of the operation. Ensure the delivery of Premier Inn standards and the achievement of the Premier Inn business objectives.
In charge of day to day supervision of all service personnel working in assigned areas of the Hotel. Responsible for the proper cleaning and appointments of guest rooms and public areas under his/ her control. To maintain and supervise service specifications and impart proper training of housekeeping staff. To carry out all cleaning duties to the Premier Inn quality standards. To ensure guests are made as comfortable and welcome as possible.

To carry out all cleaning duties to the Premier Inn quality standards. The individual is the custodian of the main product (rooms) that is to be used by the guest. To ensure guests are made as comfortable and welcome as possible.
Responsible for ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time. Maintain the hotel facilities, including the physical building structure, fixtures & fittings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation, preventative and reactive maintenance good practice. Ensure all safety features of the building operate at peak efficiency at all times
