How to book online

 

To book online, visit the Make a booking page and follow the simple instructions. Once your booking is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email with all your details and a reference number. Please note: we only ask for your payment card details during the booking process so we can guarantee your booking. You'll be asked to pay for your stay on arrival.

How to cancel a booking

 

Cancellations can be made until 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Cancellations made after then will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card. Are the rates shown on this website per person or per room?

 

Our rates are per room, per night. Local taxes will be levied extra as applicable. Meals are not included in the room price.

How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?

 

When you make your booking, you'll be given a reference number. We'll include this number in your confirmation email.

Help! I haven't got a booking reference number

Do I have to give you my payment card details to confirm my booking?

 

We'll need your card details to guarantee your room. You'll be asked for full payment on arrival.
All details are stored securely and we won't charge you for cancellations, providing they're made before 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Cancellations made after this time will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card.

How far in advance can I book?

 

You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.

Can I make a group booking?

I want to book a meeting room - whom should I contact?

 

Most of our hotels have well-equipped, great value meeting facilities. To find out if the hotel you've chosen has a meeting room, and to obtain the telephone number to contact the hotel, please check on the Our hotels page.

How many people do Family Rooms accommodate?

 

All Premier Inn rooms in India can accommodate a family of up to two adults and two children (aged 15 and under), in a spacious, family sized room at no extra charge.
Premier Inn can also provide a baby cot at no additional cost.

Why does the room rate vary on some dates?

 

In common with other hotel companies, we charge a higher rate at certain hotels during key events such as major conferences, or at other times when there is high demand. You can still be confident that our prices are highly competitive and offer great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.
