How to cancel a booking

 

Cancellations can be made until 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Cancellations made after then will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card. Click here to make an online cancellation, or call our Customer Contact Centre on +91 11 466 766 66 for help (Contact Centre open 8am-8pm, India time, 7 days a week).

Our cancellation policy

 

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please do so before 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. If you make your cancellation after 1pm on arrival day, you will be charged for one night's accommodation.

If you've booked a room for more than one night and need to cancel your final night's booking, please do so by 12 noon on the day you want to depart.

How to change your booking

 

If your travel plans have changed and you need to amend your booking, please call or email our Customer Contact Centre on on +91 11 466 766 66 (Contact Centre open 8am-8pm, India time, 7 days a week) quoting your booking reference number. One of our advisors will be happy to help you.

Please note: if you need to amend your booking on the day of arrival, please do so by 1pm.
