1. Reservations

 

All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking, non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.

You can guarantee your room by giving your payment card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival (payment can be made by credit card or cheque).

Premier Inn must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. Premier Inn regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonored it may not be able to keep the room available. Out station cheques will not be accepted and bank charges (if any) will be borne by the Guest.

Emerald discount cards cannot be accepted by our hotels outside the UK.

2. Payment

 

At Premier Inn you pay for your room on arrival.

Premier Inn accepts payment by cash and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners).

3. Room prices

 

Room prices are per room, per night. Local taxes will be levied extra as applicable. Meals are not included in the room price.

You may pay for breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals and services must be paid for separately.

Premier Inn reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. If you make a reservation more than one month in advance, the quoted room price may change before the date of your stay at Premier Inn.

Although Premier Inn aims to inform you before it makes price increases, Premier Inn reserves the right to charge the room price current on the arrival date or you may cancel the reservation without charge.

4. Cancellation

 

If you cancel a guaranteed room after 1pm on the arrival date, you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked.

A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 12 noon on the day otherwise you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation per room booked.

5. Arrivals and departures

 

Check out is by 12 noon on your agreed departure date.

A later check-out can sometimes be arranged (during stay only) up to 4pm, at an extra cost of INR 900 per room, subject to the availability of a suitable room. Post 4pm, full day rate will be charged.

Check in is by 2pm on the day you're due to arrive.

An earlier check-in can sometimes be arranged (on arrival only) from 9am onwards, at an extra cost of INR 900 per room, subject to the availability of a suitable room. If a room is required prior to 9am, then booking from the previous night will be required.

6. Group bookings

 

If you wish to make reservations for ten rooms or more, our group bookings policy will apply. Please contact your chosen Premier Inn for further details.

7. Particular requirements

 

Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of two adults.

Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.

Please be advised that twin rooms will consist of a double bed and a sofa/pull out bed (i.e. one double and one single).

Premier Inn hotels in India have interconnecting rooms that can be provided on advance booking and subject to availability.

All of our hotels operate a 'no-smoking in the hotel building' policy.

All Premier Inn hotels in India have rooms which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. If no disabled room is available at the hotel of your choice we will contact neighboring Premier Inns to help find suitable accommodation.

Alternatively, if you have difficulty walking but do not require a specially adapted room, you may request a room on the ground floor near reception for easier access.

Although Premier Inn will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologize in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

8. Our breakfast

 

Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 6.30am and 10am.

9. Kids eat free breakfast offer

 

One breakfast per child only to be taken in the restaurant. This offer does not apply to take-away breakfast where offered. Up to a maximum of two (2) children can eat breakfast free per adult purchasing a full Premier breakfast.

The offer applies to Premier Inn residents only.

The Premier Inn 'Kids eat free' breakfast offer applies to children aged 15 and under.

Children aged 16 and over will be charged the adult price for breakfast.

10. Please note

 

We regret that, with the exception of assistant dogs, no pets are allowed in Premier Inn hotels.

Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.

You must not advertise market or otherwise offer any Premier Inn room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
