What you will be doing

The Sales Executive assist in the delivery of the Sales plan, driving sales above budgeted targets. Our Sales teams are dynamic, energetic & self-motivated with a resilience to achieve targets and drive new business to Premier Inn Hotels. Your main responsibility is to deliver the Sales Plan along with your Sales Manager through applying robust customer retention & acquisition strategies in line with the needs of the business.


You will:

Focus on Client Retention:

  • Demonstrate knowledge & understanding around existing client base
  • Implementation of Client Retention Plan including clearly defined SMART objectives
  • Identify Key Accounts & assign Key Account Plans where appropriate
  • Strategically manage Key Accounts
  • Demonstrate understanding of tactical efforts required to achieve client retention objectives
  • Forecast & monitor room night production & revenue for existing client base

Focus on Client Acquisition:

  • Implementation of Client Acquisition Plan including clearly defined SMART Objectives
  • Maintain the health of the Sales Pipeline with focus on conversion rate
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the tactical efforts required to achieve client acquisition objectives
  • Drive the “Sales Culture” at site level primarily focusing on lead generation
  • Outbound Sales Calls & organized Sales Blitz’s

Administration & Reporting:

  • Record all sales activity & relevant sales related information into CRM
  • Document lost and closed sales opportunities within Pipeline Management Tool
  • Maintain current Market Intelligence & Competitor data
  • Monthly production analysis of existing client base
  • Ensure that correct rate codes are assigned to company profiles within Opera
  • Confidently articulate sales progress & planning at various internal management meetings
  • Business Development & Account Management experience

 

Have the following Skills/Knowledge required for the role:

  • Understanding of the Sales Process
  • Microsoft Applications: Word, PowerPoint and Excel a must
  • English Language
  • Arabic Language an advantage
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales role
  • Hotel experience is a must
  • Country (e.g. UAE/Qatar/Saudi/Oman) experience is a must
  • Corporate sales experience preferred
  • Experience in Sales Planning & Forecasting preferred
  • Business Development & Account Management experience
