Terms and Conditions

 

Reservations​

Your room is reserved up to 1pm on the arrival date. You must guarantee your reservation at the time of booking; all non-guaranteed rooms will be released three days prior to arrival.

You can guarantee your room by giving your credit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full when you make the reservation up to three days prior to arrival.

 

Payment

Premier Inn accepts payment by cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

United Arab Emirates - We do not accept cheques. Bookings made through the website are not guaranteed unless the credit card details are correct, genuine and active.  All guests are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID for all guests who do not reside in the UAE is a passport only. Guests who are resident in the UAE can provide their Emirates ID card or passport and GCC Nationals can provide their GCC ID.      

India - Payment must be made by credit card or cheque. Premier Inn must receive all cheques at least five (5) working days before the arrival date. Premier Inn regrets that if a cheque is received late or dishonored it may not be able to keep the room available. Outstation cheques will not be accepted and bank charges (if any) will be borne by the guest.           

Emerald discount cards cannot be accepted by our hotels outside the UK.

Reservations can currently be made up to 12 months in advance.

Premier Saver bookings – all bookings made against the Premier Saver rate will be charged as soon as the booking is made through the Premier Inn website or any time thereafter at the sole option of Premier Inn.  Premier Saver is non-refundable, therefore all charges for the room will be taken at time of booking to the card given by the individual entering the credit card details during the booking process. By accepting the terms and conditions of the booking you are accepting these payment terms and conditions in full. No extra charge will be taken for making a payment from a credit card, however Premier Inn reserves the right to change this policy as and when required, dependent on updates, changes to the business systems and or functionality. If the non-refundable payment for a Premier saver booking could not be processed and collected by Premier Inn for any reason whatsoever (including due to incorrect or fraudulent credit details or lack of available balance or approval from credit card service providers), Premier Inn has no obligation to hold or guarantee your booking and in such cases bookings previously confirmed will automatically stand cancelled.

 

Room Prices

Room prices are per room, per night and are excluding local tax and service charge.

United Arab Emirates - Tax and service charge will be added by the hotel and invoiced for billing, in line with payment terms of the booking. Tax and service charge is 16% for Abu Dhabi and 20% for Dubai and Sharjah. Local taxes will be levied extra as applicable.  An additional AED10 per room per night Tourism Dirham Fee is applicable at all Dubai Hotels.      

India - Tax will be added by the hotel and invoiced for billing, in line with payment terms of the booking. Tax is subject to change and may vary from city to city within India.

Thailand - VAT and service charge will be added by the hotel and invoiced for billing, in line with the payment terms of the booking.  17% will be added to your bill 10% Service Charge and 7% VAT.

Indonesia - Tax and Service charge will be added by the hotel and invoiced for billing, in line with the payment terms of the booking.

Meals are not included in the room price. You may pay for breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately.

Premier Inn reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at the Premier Inn may change up to the date of your arrival.

Some hotels may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. For details of our most current room prices please check our website or contact your chosen hotel.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation of a room reservation must be made before 1pm on the arrival date unless stated otherwise on your booking terms and conditions.

If you cancel a room reservation before 1pm on the day of arrival and have paid for the room in advance, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method.  A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.

If you cancel a room reservation after 1pm on the arrival date and have not already paid for the room in advance you will be charged for one night's accommodation per room booked.  A cancellation reference will be given and must be retained as proof of cancellation.  The customer will be issued with a receipt for this charge.  The payment will normally be processed before 9am the next day.

Failure to cancel before 1pm on the day of the arrival gives Premier Inn the right to charge for one night's accommodation or as per the cancellation policies attached to the your booking.  The client will be issued with a receipt for this charge.  The payment will normally be processed before 9am the next day.

If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform the reception team by 12pm on the day of your departure, you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation per room booked if you inform us after this time.

Bookings made after 1pm on the day of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the standard cancellation terms.

Premier Saver - No cancellations, amendments or refunds can be made. Offer is available at selected Premier Inns only and is subject to availability. Please check alternative dates if your selected date is not available.

 

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 2pm on your date of arrival.

Please let your chosen Premier Inn know if you are likely to arrive after 11pm.

Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time may result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

United Arab Emirates - Special Offer - Subject to room availability on the day of departure.  During other times of the year early check-in and late checkout is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.  Please contact the hotel for more information.

India - Early check is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.  A late check-out can also be arranged up to 4pm on the date of your departure, for an additional fee, subject to availability. Post 4pm, the full day rate will be charged.  Please contact the hotel for more information.

 

Particular requirements

Family rooms offer accommodation for two adults and up to two children aged 15 and under (and a child under 2 years in a cot), or a maximum of 2 adults.  A family room will consist of a Queen size bed, a sofabed and/or a pull out bed. Please contact your chosen hotel directly if you require more information.

Some of our hotels have interconnecting rooms that can be provided, with an advanced booking and subject to availability.

Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.

Most Premier Inn hotels offer family rooms, these hotels are indicated throughout the directory and when making a booking through the website.

A twin room may vary hotel to hotel, and will either consist of a queen size bed (in most hotels) and a sofabed or 2 single beds. Please contact your chosen hotel directly for more information.

Most of our hotel provide both smoking and non smoking rooms, however some are fully non - smoking so please check with your hotel if you have any specific requirements. You can also request your preferred option at time of booking.

All of our Premier Inns have rooms which are specially adapted for customers with disabilities. If no disabled room is available at the hotel of your choice we will contact neighbouring Premier Inns to help find suitable accommodation for you.

Although Premier Inn will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requests, all rooms and special requests are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant between 6.30am and 10am. Local variances may apply so please check with your hotel on arrival.

'Kids eat free' breakfast offer:

- One breakfast per child only to be taken in the restaurant. Up to a maximum of two children can eat free per adult purchasing a full breakfast.

- The offer applies to Premier Inn residents only.

- The Premier Inn 'Kids eat free' breakfast offer applies to children aged 15 and under.

- Children aged 16 and over, and children of any ages accompanied by an adult purchasing a continental breakfast will be charged the adult price for breakfast.

 

Please Note

We regret that, with the exception of assistance animals, no pets are allowed in Premier Inn.

Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.

You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any Premier Inn room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
